Deficyt budżetu Polski 2026: 275 miliardów złotych dziury i nikt nie pyta, gdzie poszły pieniądze
Lead: W 2025 roku Polska miała rekordowy deficyt budżetowy — 275,6 mld zł — a dług publiczny po raz pierwszy od dekady zbliżył się do konstytucyjnego progu 60 proc. PKB.
Pętla SAFE, ukraiński weksel i zmierzch ery rozdawnictwa
W debacie publicznej dominuje narracja sukcesu.

Here it is! Finally! Our video for Ta-Nehisi Coates’ novel, Between the World and Me!
So it’s long, I curse a lot in it, but we had a lot of fun making this one. Hopefully you’ll enjoy listening to it. Or parts of it. Yeah, it’s long. Ultimately, J and I really loved this book and the conversations it inspired. We hope you read it and have some conversations of your own.
There is one thing for this book that we don’t usually do, but it’s important: recommended reading. Ta-Nehisi’s novel is amazing. But it’s not the only perspective on race. So here are a few things that can give you a different view.

What is really useful to me?
[This post could go on forever, posting I’m already thinking of more things to add, there’s a long way to go] League isn’t, Distractions, getting up before actually starting something, never actually getting to my desk once Ive decide to do something, Writing; but not constructively like this afternoon I didn’t write anything that was towards my projects, and I barely spent half an hour writing, and these posts whatever they are, yes its a good warm up but its a dangerous trap that I’ve fallen for a few too many times, if I tell myself I’ve done my writing for the day when I in fact have done nothing productive (sure this is useful, thinking things over and improving my mindset very slowly, but it is slowly, the more I spend doing rather than thinking about doing the faster I’ll get there. Plus I’ll never be able to do well the thing I never actually do, you’ve got to exercise the muscles and skill you want to do to be able to train that skill further, a similar but not quite the same thing is never isn’t the same thing). • So time put into writing actually scenes and prose are what count now, till now this exercise has been useful to show me how simple it is to write everyday and how deceptively easy it is to write much larger amounts, and it doesn’t take as long either. Beginning this I realised the massive benefit of moving places to write, that was a key thing to starting this off, And quickly that dwindled off after coming back here, and actually while being back at uni I have noticed that the only two times I’ve written substantially was in uni, so getting out the house and writing is something that really I need to make the effort to do. So uni, cafe, pub, park when its warmer, to write. Other places also. I need to wake up earlier and that also means sleeping sooner, that then means writing earlier. If I’m wakeing up earlier that will mean I’ll be happier going somewhere while it still feels worthwhile going I’ll be more likely to write more because I’m in a better environment for it. Sleeping earlier means it’ll be easier to wake up, means I’ll be more awake an aleart during the day so I can write better coverse better; things will generally be better and easier. And writing earlier will allow me to sleep earlier, I’ll be more awake to write, more focused so I can reread and correct mistakes, and I should then be able to sleep better knowing I don’t have things to do, and it’ll be easier to get up in the morning because I’ll have done my work for that days classes and so it;ll be easier to get out of the house to write. Distractions, particularly housemates. One of seven housemates at the moment are doing regular work, two also do but are constantly out so when they are around they are not in a working attitude, the other four are not doing well and are slipping into retakes territory. I am spending too much of my time like the latter; oversleeping, unproductive time on the internet, chatting with them while I show get some work done (socialising and chatting are good, but I don’t have the time to spare). This is where getting out of the house will be useful. So if I know what I am writing I can write seven hundred words in an hour. Lesson, plans are good but then just write! And then that is also where the ideas come from. And then from that, I’ll keep writing for longer periods because I won’t get bored or give up and I shouldn’t get so distracted because I’m more focused and have a stronger aim.
Getting out of the house to write. Tackle Distractions. Own focus, not others. Know what I’m writing. Wake the fuck up. Mentor.
So this wont count as a daily check, because it is not towards my projects, and from tomorrow I will start the count again. And I will edit this and repost it, because drivel is not fun to read. Reboot.
The real challenge is how do I pass this whole thing into the morning? I’m really eager to write and to improve and to crack on right now, but it is four in the morning, I can’t do everything I want to do right now and well right now I’m doing the easy stuff (writing this, stream of thought almost, and thinking rather than doing). How do I find this attitude again in the morning, right from when I wake up, that is my goal. Cold room, don’t care. Comfortable, don’t care. Tired, don’t care. It’s so much easier to be stoic outside of the uncomfortable situations. How do I train to get up in the morning?
