Have you ever tried the Egg n' Chips from @whitehorseslc? They're one of our favorite bar snacks in SLC. The chips are made fresh in truffle oil. Next, they toss them in a lunch bag tableside and crack a raw egg. The oils from the chips are so hot that it cooks the egg to 68 degrees, just warm enough to eat. Mix it all up and add a little malt vinegar then you get this hot and salty snack.
