The only thing I dislike about Frozer is Chat’s behavior. Like, okay, in a moment of weakness he tries to hit on Ladybug again, but being, well, catty about it afterward is less excusable. I would rewrite the episode something like this.

First, we add a new scene between Chat being rejected again and Adrien being trounced at fencing:

*CHAT NOIR returns to his room through the window and transforms into Adrien*

PLAGG: Dude.

*ADRIEN throws himself onto his bed,burying his face in his pillow*

ADRIEN: I knooowww! But she was there, and the rose, and--and-- *sigh*

*ADRIEN looks at the clock*

ADRIEN: And I’ve got to get to fencing practice, now!

The rest of the episode then proceeds as normal, until we get to the fight:

CHAT NOIR: Look, Ladybug, I wanted to apologize for earlier--

LADYBUG: Forgiven. Now, about this ice dude...

They fight and defeat him, and back to the rest of the episode, the end.
