i've been fixated on Project 863 for a while now so here's a WIP animation of Wes

So I was inspired by Project 863 to create some photo composites with the question in mind of what if Nelson Syphus succeeded? What would the world of Phantoms look like? And I wanted an excuse to create a bunch of creepy post apocalyptic scenarios. And the recent Overkill video inspired me to tie it to that a bit more with a few simple additions. This is a photo composite, I do not use AI generator tools. Three photos and over twenty layers with various painted effects and filters.
