As heard on Tommy Tutone 2 (yes, they had an album before that).

The men on the cover are lead guitarist Jim Keller and vocalist Tommy Heath. They're holding the license plate that was used for the Tommy Tutone 2 album cover.

One of the worst one-hit wonders I've ever heard (sue me), and it summed up everything wrong with the 80s, in my opinion.

The phone number "867-5309" has been disconnected and blacklisted by most phone carriers. You can imagine why....

As far as I know, this picture sleeve was only for the Spanish release.
