Continuing from yesterday:
So why was I now unable to know hold my hands above my head for 5 seconds after picking up girls nearly my height and weight?
Welp, college happened. I went to a new college and when I mean new, I mean its 10 year anniversary, was the year I graduated. Crazy, right? My high school was a big sports school and we had some NFL draft picks -- I won’t name them due to it make it extremely obvious what high school I went too. So going to a college that didn’t have so much as a NCAA recognition?? 🙄Where was I gonna continue my cheer life??? No where to be exact.
Turns out I was wrong -- my school did have a cheer team, but they were no where near being the countless 1st place All-star team that I was just on less than 2years prior but they made due.
However, I didn’t decide to join this team until my senior year of college. I spent a 3 whole years doing god knows what but it damn sure wasn’t working out.
Alright, enough about that -- let’s move on with my day, 87 days to slim thick.
🥞Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat with peanut butter
🍏Afternoon snack: Granny smith apple with Lawry’s seasoned salt
🥩Dinner: Chicken breast, corn tortilla, and cooked beans with chorizo
I skipped lunch today as my mother and I decided to break the social distancing rules and she drove 8+ hrs to come see me (and to drop off my fur babies). But I was busy tryna figure out where she was -- so yeah.
Anywho --- the work out today still kicked me butt and I need to be better about actually pushing through the specific moves as this is the easier version. It’s just gonna get harder and harder each time after the 30 days. So right now I’m in version A of the works out and man -- I just don’t even know. I need to push it to my fullest. I got this.
