I would title this one “If you fail to plan, plan to fail.” This week; We dodged a grinder accident, found huge mistakes made by architects, and engineers, who both blamed each other. I made a mistake with a footing location and I’m sure a few other things went wrong...but we still crossed off an incredible amount of line items. Moved the ball forward in big ways.
