Tater Tot Poutine - Tater tots topped with duck confit, duck fat gravy, mozzarella cheese, fried egg and green onion. This is a dangerous appetizer to start with as it's super addicting. You get the crunch from the tots, the cheesiness from the melted mozzarella, umami from the duck confit and gravy and the unctuousness from the egg yolk. Next thing you know, you're too full and the main entree only gets a few bites... #Repost @pour_a_vida ・・・ Grand Tart Mango from @8bitbrewingcompany (Murrieta, CA), a Sour Double IPA with Citra, Mango, and Lactose coming in at 8.4%! . . If I ever had a beer with a name that describes it perfectly, it’s this one. My first brew by 8-bit was so good! Juicy, full of mango flavor, tart, and sour! This bad boy was very enjoyable! The aroma matches the taste with a ton of mango smacking you in the face. This was more like drinking juice than a beer! Big thanks to @papi.chulo.of.craft for this can. My favorite sour IPAs are certainly still from Hudson Valley but who was the last brewery to unexpectedly impress you with this style? I’d love to try more sours as the weather gets warmer!
