American Kobe Beef sliced don - Roasted American Kobe beef done rare and thinly sliced on top of a hidden scoop of rice and topped with their house yogurt sauce, black pepper, Jidori egg yolk and a garlicky house sauce. I will always post this when I get it. Better yet, they’ve given diners the option to get this dish with American Kobe beef which was much more velvety tender. Tater Tot Poutine - Tater tots topped with duck confit, duck fat gravy, mozzarella cheese, fried egg and green onion. This is a dangerous appetizer to start with as it's super addicting. 14 oz. Boneless Ribeye - Hereford-Angus beef sourced locally outside of Toronto done medium rare over Canadian white oak finished with bone marrow butter on top. Chargrilled yellow snap beans and a lone green pepper accompany the steak and sides of fresh grated horseradish and a house hot sauce made from grilled peppers rounds out the dish. This particular cut has been dry aged a minimum 32 days and the process pays off in spades. With just the marrow butter, this is easily one of the most flavorful and tenderest (it doesn't sound like a real word, but it is) ribeyes I've eaten. The snap beans are sweet & smoky and provide that relief to your pallette from all the meaty goodness. The grilled green pepper and house hot sauce adds adjustable quantities of heat to the dish; that green pepper was pretty fucking spicy for my pallette!
