(pseudo legally? I mean, they are literally in your computer, since your browser is streaming them and all - and one can’t overcome the 3 songs x hour limit)

The trick is to ‘inspect element’ before you start playing the playlist:

 just select anything from the playlist page,

 left click,

 ‘inspect element’,

 bottom or right tab will open with fancy code,

 select the ‘network’ tab,

 start playing the playlist,

 songs directly in your browser with weird names!

how do you download playlists from 8tracks? or do you download the tracks individually?

once upon a time there was this awesome program called 8hacks, which allowed you to download the playlist in one go. then 8tracks decided to be bitter bitches and shut it down. but don’t worry, because now there’s this. just copy the playlist url and paste it into the white field and then press the green button. the page will load all songs and then you can decide to either download the whole thing or just choose a few songs. :)

does anyone know of a good 8tracks downloader besides 8hacks & omgcatz? i have a couple playlists i want to download but omgcatz has been down for a few days D:

Thinking of deleting all the music from my iPod and downloading new songs. If 8hacks was still around my life would be so much easier.

download 8tracks mixes (not 8hacks)

go to this website

paste the url of the mix and click the green button

now you can select all, or select just a few 

click 'download selected'

it's gonna download as a .zip

guys, i need your help, if anyone knows the solution? is there any other way to download stuff from 8tracks, besides 8hacks (stopped working for me, and other two solutions take about 4-5 hours for a 30song list to download...) if you have any solution - i'm all ears. there are some really, really wonderful playlists over there and i wanna have them on my comp...

is anyone else having an issue with 8hacks where it only downloads the first 4 songs and then says that copyright prevents skipping tracks?

i downloaded 8hacks version 2.0 and when i go to download a playlist it only downloads four of the songs. The app's readme says to check the FAQ but the FAQ is no longer on the website help!
