my thoughts are a little jumbled in disorder at the moment. I looked up on the patient portal to see what my most recent weigh-in was... not really sure why. I'm not feeling insecure about my body, but I am having obsesive thoughts telling me I *could* be better. However I KNOW BETTER. Skinnier =/= better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIGHT NOW I AM HEALTHY. There is no rational part of me that ever wants to relive my eating disorder. I want to stay healthy, and healthy I shall stay. Gunna go get some ice cream now :P
