FMLS90 fitness journey
I’m going to keep it short and sweet.
Im a generally pretty active person who has never really been very overweight or considered thin. So I never had to work that hard to maintain my figure. In the past 3 years I’ve overworked myself, struggled with anxiety and overate for every emotion. Too tired to workout or have a social life I’ve gain and kept 50lbs.
Day 6
You may still be in a moment of shock. You may not have truly accepted what has happened and thats ok. Be patient with yourself. If you are considering a new relationship really think about if thats whats best and if its what you truly want. A new person in your life may seeming like a good idea and may help getting over your ex but it may not last since you haven’t given yourself the proper time to heal.
A new person in your life may sound good because all the things you use to do with your ex you are suddenly doing them alone like grocery shopping and it sucks. Try to find the littlest bit of joy in your new freedom and independence.
