A request for the "9-1-1" creative team
Can we PLEASE stop killing off the loves of Athena's life?? She deserves to have happiness not be torn away from her.
She's been through this before, and now both of the loves of her life were murdered. Why? What was the point in building up this new life that was going to hopefully lead to their eventual retirement in their dream home, only to tear it away from her by having Bobby die before it was even finished? Sure, she said she's keeping the house, but it won't be the same now.
I'm not saying that she isn't a strong woman who can be alone, I'm just saying that it's awfully unfair to do it to her at all, let alone TWICE. There had to be another way to make a major change that didn't involve devastating her again, especially as she stayed right there with him and watched Bobby die. If you say it's to make it more real, I suggest you stop using storylines like the bee-nado, because your argument falls pretty flat otherwise.
