Gavin Stenhouse, 🔥 Priest in s1 of 9-1-1

The younger, un-named priest (in whose church Bobby Nash spends so much time in s1) is played by British actor Gavin Stenhouse. He was born in Hong Kong and later lived in the UK before settling in the USA in 2012.

He made appearances in 1x01 (Baby, you're a firework!)

1x05 and 1x08, and in 2x06 (Dosed). He delighted audiences in 8x06 (Confessions) with a return opposite Eddie Diaz and finally named as Father Brian.

You may know Gavin more recently from his main role in a Kung Fu remake,

or from the cancelled NBC 2015 show Allegiance (in which Kenneth Choi also stars).

He also appeared in one episode of Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story (3x07) along with Angela Bassett.

Gavin also plays many musical instruments.

[I can't find it now but I recall an interview(?) with Oliver Stark in which he describes enjoying rock-climbing with Gavin.]
