Storage shed assembly is another service we offer.
This shed needed a foundation as well.
We brought in a yard of 5/8″ minus rock, and situated the pavers around the perimeter of the shed footprint.
We always use the plate compactor when leveling a foundation. This helps to prevent differential settlement under your shed.
The pictures below are from just before the project started.

These bathroom alterations almost added up to a full remodel.
This is the basement bathroom in a small 3 bedroom house. The old bathroom fixtures were original, so the homeowner did most of the demolition before calling us to finish up the project. It was a straight forward scope of work, and all the fixtures were on site, so the entire project took place in one week.
The existing tub stayed in place, and we installed a new vinyl shower surround. The shower surround came from Morgans Plumbing, and was a good fit for the space. The installation went smoothly, as it really just required using a hole saw at the valve and shower head. The adhesive provided a solid connection between the vinyl and drywall. It then required some sealant a the corners and along the base at the tub.
The concrete floor got new tile, and we installed a new toilet and vanity.
This project also included the medicine cabinet, trim, and paint.
Here are some pictures from before and during the project:

This was a fairly new rooftop deck that was taking a real beating from the sun. The owner tried to paint it, but decided they would be happier with composite decking.
This is Azek decking that we installed to replace the tight knot cedar.

This was a waterproof deck repair project with a new railing. First we had to remove the old railing and decking.
The deck was repaired a few years ago, but only up against the house. Since that was flashed properly and in good condition, we cut the decking just out from that work. We replaced the remaining decking and applied a waterproof Gaco deck sealer. We also reinforced the structure, added a new railing, and painted the underside of the deck.
Here are some pictures from before we started.

This project also included the front porch, which was suffering from water intrusion around the posts.

This is a recent basement stair railing project. To comply with Seattle Tip #604, landlords must keep rental units up to code. This old railing didn’t comply and needed to be replaced. We removed the existing railing and bolted new posts to the existing stair stringers.
The new railing material is Fir. The railing is sealed with a clear satin wipe-on polyurethane.
