On the scalability of Slack

Interviewer: Can you tell us some challenges you've faced with such a rapidly growing company?

Stewart Butterfield: Well before I continue, can I ask how many people here use Slack?

{Inspiration} Watching Tina Roth Eisenberg* (a.k.a. Swissmiss), after her funny mood and that inspiring feeling she transmits, she came out with a question "what is your secret superpower?" She pointed that Batman actually has no "superpower" like the Wonder Woman that can talk to animals, he has just that unstoppable determination. She asked herself what if she was a super hero too? Then she found out that her superpower as she said is "unstoppable enthusiasm". What's yours? It's beginning of the summer, beginning of the month and these moments are great to review our strength and renew it. "Embrace your superpower then use it" as she said.
