The only piece of clothing was discarded was shorts, trying to feel a new level of comfort when falling asleep besides the other. It’s a refreshing feeling to be around another and having to speak towards them, about things that were missed and anything that crossed constant thoughts. That’s where everything drifts into silence and exhaustion takes over their bodies to the point where they fell asleep besides one another.

Wiggling into the article of clothing, trying not to create too much ruckus with last minute motions. Hana’s head tilts to the other’s direction when hearing her out, blinking twice with a small chuckle leaving her lips. She thought about it, leaving without saying a word until later on, dismissing herself while Lottie was still falling into the vivid dreams that her mind can form beautifully. It isn’t the case, she wasn’t like that.

❝I’m not one to leave without properly saying goodbye.❞ And suppose that’s her bitterly referring to a handful of old friends who treated her much differently than the way she did for them. Crawling back onto the mattress to come closer to the other woman, plopped down onto the mattress with a simple thud. Hana takes in a deep breath, eyes fixated at company besides her. ❝And no it’s not a dream either, peaches, I’m still here.❞

This is something she never adds into consideration. The idea of perfection is long gone inside of her mind. There’s no such thing as something that people describe another person or possession. Hana hears her friend’s comment and there’s a heavy sigh that falls out of her mouth, uncertain of what to do say for the meantime. Her body leans into the couch, cushions imprinted when her weight is shifting down on it.

She’s a lot more bitter than what people are used to by now. She tries to figure out the best choice of words for what’s bound to spill out of petite lips, teeth grinding over her lower lip and she’s basking in emotions about such a pitiful thing. ❝People can accept someone for who they are -❞ Pausing, her head inclines to where the other was, an impish grin resting over her lips. ❝Doesn’t mean they’re perfect.❞ And supposed, Hana has a point in her own judgement.

And the young female doesn’t stop there. Finger grazing over the outline of her own jawline before it was directly pointing towards the area where her photobook was, pictures hidden that were snapped many years ago until present day. She doesn’t bother to peek inside but she knows that was placed into the spaces that were once empty. ❝You can accept it but nothing is perfect, everything and everyone has those flaws y’know.❞

“Gwen..” Lottie frowned and reached over the couch and gently took ahold of the other’s hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze. The pair sat in silence for several moments before she moved across the couch to sit closer, delivering another squeeze to her hand before retracting her own, wrapping both arms around her in a tight embrace, pulling back after a few moments to place her hands on either of Gwen’s cheeks, smiling. “You’re beautiful, and wonderful, and I know stuff sucks. But you’re amazingly talented. People will always have negative things to say. But you shouldn’t listen to opinions of those who don’t matter. So what? A stuck up blogger doesn’t like your singing. I do. Your band does. Your fans do. That’s all that should matter.”

Sometimes, Gwen hated being a singer. All the pressure and stress would find their way to her and she would just turn weak. She let out a sigh as she was in the other’s embrace, feeling herself calm down from Lottie’s presence and words. “ I just... I wish people knew the pain I go through. “ She took a hold of Lottie’s hands on her cheeks, but giving them a slight squeeze. “ Maybe I should take a small break from singing. So then I can clear my head of other people’s opinions. “ Her shoulders shrugged as she caught the other’s gaze. “ Do you think that would be good for me? “
