My April Writing Challenge

Inspired by Blogging from A-to-Z Challenge and Six Minute Story, I've mashed the two exercises into my personal challenge, 9A2Z. I'll be writing and posting as my character, Nine Thyme, on the Kandy Fangs blog.

For each day in April (save Sunday), Nine Thyme will post a six-minute story, titled for the letter for the day in alphabetical order. For April 1st, you'll find a story title beginning with 'A' with corresponding content.

The goal, of course, is to improve my skills. I'm normally a slow writer, so this should be a good exercise. Expect some short-short fiction of varying quality. On Fridays, I may bend the rules and go over my time limit for Friday Flash. Stories written within six minutes will include the "6minute" tag.

These stories will be posted on the Kandy Fangs blog, and I'll link to them from here with the "9A2Z" tag. I'll keep going as long as I'm able. With the writing time limit, I should be able to crack a post out each day without interruption to other matters. For any blogger commenting on my posts, naturally I'll return the kindness—as David, not Nine; although I've been known to comment on blogs as Kandy.
