     she’s built to be outgoing, to last, and this isn’t the first time that she’s been released into a foreign city with little else but her cable and confusion. the necessities, she supposes. but the weariness towards humans remains despite her constant exposure and her unreserved inclinations are set to a halt;  he looks too real, too much like the actors on screen who have served as her secret behavioral models. 

     his breathing is too  even / controlled / perfected  to be anything but programmed  ( at least, in gumi’s opinion ),  and it’s with that finality that she lurches with the courage to finally approach him after moments too long of observation. fingers pull at his wrist in time to ground him from turning away, latching tightly, and when she can feel the rigidity of something much stronger than bone, gumi is emboldened. 

                    “   hey!   ”     -----   reminders echo in her ears to soften aggressive approaches, but she’s never listened and doesn’t plan on starting now.     “   you’re just like  ME,  aren’t you?   ”

    Remilia wasn’t exactly the softest person someone could meet. Her tone of voice was cold, her expressions always remained stiff, a grown seemingly always present on her face. When she would say she’s ‘happy’, there was only a slight upward curve of the lips.

   However, a secret weakness of hers was cute things. Anything adorable, petite, or just lining up with her strange tastes could get a large smile from her. So, upon seeing the one called 9S, her expression lit up. What was it that was cute about him? She didn’t know. Perhaps it was the roundness of his face, or his height being the same as hers, or simply the petiteness in figure. Either way, her hands rested near his face, by his cheeks, a happy expression showing.

   “Ah, you face is so cute! I’m so sorry if it’s strange, but you’re so endearing!”
