NO CON(FUSION) WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT...
Quite the opposite. Metroid Fusion is the second best Metroid game of the lot. Falling short only to Super Metroid (of course), IN MY OPINION. It’s important that I state that in no uncertain terms because I don’t want a Metroid war. I’m just a huge fan of the franchise, wishing to celebrate that this Game Boy Advance classic is hitting Nintendo Switch Online this Thursday 9th March!
I’m actually jealous of anyone that hasn’t played Fusion before. I was so obsessed with Super Metroid as a kid that I honestly didn’t think anything would ever come close! But Fusion is basically a lite version with all of the same charm!
After being attacked by parasitic organisms known as X, Samus’ revival comes at a vulnerable cost to the elements of the space station she must explore... Confront this deadly parasite with her on Thursday before coming back and trying to tell me it’s not an absolutely top tier entry in the series. I’ll wait. Sorry if I don’t get back to you right away... I’ll be playing Metroid Fusion again. Leave a message after the tone.
