For the last 9 months I've dealt with cancer with not only myself but family members. It's been so hard, mentally, physically and emotionally, it has nearly killed me but I've fought through it and I am over joyed to see one of my all time favs supporting such a worthy cause. One day everyone will be lucky enough to beat cancer but at the moment everyone just needs to carry on supporting the cause and donate using the link in the video! Thank you Louise for bringing attention to something so close to my heart. @sprinkleofglitr ❤️🎀💛
I'm beyond excited to start writing in this in the new year!! 💞💞
LouiseLive in Coventry
Louise Live was such a funny show. Split into two parts, the show had so many great sections. I especially enjoyed the train story (lesson learnt Louise) and the ‘secret 😉’ (how cute was that!)
I do have one Question and that is:
Louise Land
If Louise Land is a tropical island, how can there be a Ski Slope? Is it a magical island? Does the island have its own personal flurry (a la Olaf)? ⛄️
I would love to hear your insight!
Ps - I was a chummy today, sat directly behind your chummy!

The Internet.
Why has the internet become such a mean and nasty place? Haunted by hate, trolls and manipulation and people who feel safe behind a screen. What makes that screen and those keys SO powerful that the person feels like they can write mean posts, scam, hate and hurt people who are just the same as them.
I was watching The Internet take over on BBC Radio 1 this evening and it really opened my eyes to some things we could all do to make the internet a nicer place. Of course there is an element of freedom of speech, and I am not saying that what you say should be censored on the internet, but there are ways of saying things which make them more polite to the person you are talking to.
Say for example you were on Facebook and you saw a photo of your friend wearing a dress you didn't particularly like instead of saying;
OMG you are so darn ugly I hate that dress!! :S
Why not say?
Wow! That dress looks so good on you! :)
Already you have made a nicer comment and the person you were posting to will feel complemented and good about themselves...isn't this the kind of thing we want to be posting? This positive message can also help other people post positive messages to and can help keep nasty comments at bay.
However, what can you do if you see that someone has posted a nasty comment somewhere? Well block and report it to get rid of it so that person cannot spread any negativity. However, DO NOT RESPOND. Often top comments on YouTube are top comments because so many people have commented and liked the comment, so even the positivity commented gets washed away by the negative comment to begin with.
So what can you do?
1) Block the comment and report as spam. Obviously if there are a lot of hate comments you can't go through and block them all. (Unless you're procrastinating.
2) Post a new positive comment- this will encourage people to do the same.
3) Like other people who have posted positive comments. This will help spread the positivity on the internet and stop the Grinches!
Remember that just because people are on a computer, they are still human. They still have feelings and have emotions. If we all spread the positivity the internet will become a safer and happier place.
So I challenge you- go to a Youtube/Facebook/twitter page and write a nice message using the hashtag #nicerinternet. Don't forget to like/retweet others who do the same.
