A rather curt title written by Mann Curtis and George Goehring.

There’s not much on this song, but it’s the fairly simple premise of romantic arithmetic: three pairs of things are needed to make two hearts one.

Lots of two-to soundalikes to keep lyricists and listeners on their toes.

Unsurprisingly, it comes in at a light two minutes.

Some of you may recognize Duane Eddy’s version of this song on our affiliate station Empire Central Radio.

Though an instrumental, the title apparently originates from a rather glib remark.

This time, Duane Eddy returns the compliment on the back cover LP saying, “Bert is a great guitar man”.

This song comes in at a light two minutes and tells the story about the idyllic life of a cowboy: roaming beneath the skies and never being tied down by the obligations of other people.

Though it wasn't originally included in 1959 with Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs, it was reissued on 1999 CD release as part of the bonus tracks.

Here, we have some of the influences of surf rock, at times sounding like a UK version of the Beach Boys.
