Exy's laptop doesn't really funktion and act like a virus is destroying something. Some books and folders start flying.

Exy frowns.. that shouldn't happen.. ever.. not in his lab... he pulls down his goggles... He see's an aura that's an Entity's aura... "Excuse me... this is my lab.. please do not break things.. otherwise I will eject you from it." "Can I help you?" Exy started politely but was ready to deal with his intruder if neccessary.

A Bad Start

Today I ate a very large serving of deep fried fish and chips (among other unhealthy things such as chocolate, chips, fizzy soft drinks) and although it was satisfying at the time future me, aka me now, feels gross, oily and sick. 

I'd like to do some exercise but I feel too fatigued and full of yucky foods to even try.
