I have made a 6 week workout program for myself for fun - lil challenges, big wins ya know. Changed the usual 3x lifting and 2x muay thai/week to 5x lifting and 1x power yoga/week. Now I'm 3 days in the new program and MY ASS IS BUSTED. This shit bout to be the fattest and roundest of my life.

I may even see that dream ab because I'm going to do core at the end of every workout - and I was only doing (vicious) core at muay thai and damn near died every time.

Oh and I'm trying to eat enough. This is the hardest part. Stay tuned.
