I think I'm going to make a Winter Soldier dress. I really want one but they seem to not exist. So I'll just make one. Probably cheaper that way anyway.

Probably do a long sleeve a-line above the knee style. Black dress, maybe a matte silver for the arm? Or possibly a slightly metallic silver. It'll be cute for cons when I don't really want to go full cosplay. Add some straps to the bodice like his vest and wear it with combat boots and sheer black tights. Maybe do a leather-esque bodice and right arm. And  plain black fabric for the skirt. I'm actually really excited to do this.
