The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate. Palms 34:22 KJV

Psalms 46:1 reminds us:

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Because he is a present help, we can trust him to move in our behalf in difficult times. It may not look like victory is near. We may feel alone and abandoned. It is then that we must see through eyes of faith and rest in God's care.

God is our redeemer. He has purchased us with the blood of Christ, the sacrifice of his dear, only son. Having paid such a high price to ransom us from sin, he will not abandon us; he will never leave us nor forsake us! (Hebrews 13:5)

Thank you for everything. It’s me. Standing here in need to be heard. I try to keep a positive and upbeat attitude, but many times doubt creeps in through the cracks.
