Hi! I made a spreadsheet out of anger at ticketmaster, and unless they lied in their PR statement, they gave out at least 3x as many codes as there were groups of 6 tickets to purchase. (Ticket totals range between 3.6 and 3.3 mil depending on how literally you take stadium capacities on google). So they broke their system by inviting too many people for site capacity and by inviting people to buy imaginary tickets. I'm gonna go commit arson about this fact.

Everything about this just keeps getting worse and worse and I’m genuinely so sorry for everyone affected. The fact that real fans got stuck in the queue just so that resellers could buy the tickets and up the price to 50k (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) is just pure evil. Nothing about this was handled the way it should have and the fact that Taylor & Taylor Nation didn’t say a thing hurts a lot btw. I honestly don’t think that their system was broken, I feel like the way things happened was exactly how they planned just so they could get rid of the presale tickets for an absurd price. (And if you don’t mind I’d like to help you with the arson).
