Y'know, I'm thinking big picture here tonight, and I'm seeing more and more people online say they're getting rid of their Netflix or other streaming services. Which makes sense, since most of us are broke as hell and have intense subscription fatigue.

But I wonder if having such a flagship series as Stranger Things finish so disappointingly started to get some people to really question the streaming giants and the cost/benefit of continuing to throw money at these services every month.

I'm not naive, I know that most people probably just shrugged and moved on to the next show in the queue. But if even a minority of people thought, "What's the point?" and quietly went back to collecting physical media, maybe CG did something good after all.
