elyan  is  as  clever  as  they  come.  a  different  sort  of  intelligence  to  the  other  knights.  while  gwaine  brings  wordly  experience,  leon  brings  courtly  knowledge,  lancelot  brings  a  fox’s  cunning,  percival  brings  a  simple  insight             elyan  brings  this  almost  contradictory  combination  of  spontaneity  &  logic.  elyan  acts  very  much  in  the  moment.  he’s  breathtakingly  creative  &  shows  a  great  deal  of  flexibility  in  his  thought  process.  he  knows  how  to  prioritize,  knows  how  to  keep  a  level  head  &  take  risks  when  they’re  necessary.  he’s  not  afraid  to  get  his  hands  dirty,  unafraid  to  leap  into  the  void               he’s  also  not  stupid.  he’s  not  reckless  by  any  stretch  of  the  means.  he  doesn’t  take  risks  just  for  the  sake  of  it  &  he  doesn’t  tread  so  cautiously  that  he  doesn’t  act  at  all.  he  threads  the  line  in  between,  but  also  walks  a  different  line  entirely  because  elyan’s  not  equilibrium               elyan  is  flow.  elyan’s  this  unfathomable  energy  contained  within  human  skin  that  just  keeps  swimming.
