Endgame
Per the request of the Russo brothers, and Thanos, after I see Avengers: Endgame my blog WILL BE spoiler free!! I won’t be reblogging gifs, photos, edits, or anything having to do with the movie until two weeks after its release, at which point they will be tagged as spoilers for another week. I urge you to keep your blogs spoiler free for the sake of others, as an act of kindness.
Dude the brief flashes before the logo was everyone who was dusted/killed by Thanos in black and white with accented red
What does this mean????
The First Page of My WiP Artifice: Earth
Images: X X X
A voice swam in the darkness amidst the ringing that flooded my ears. My head pounded, my throat was dry, and the world around me was a black void. For being born blind I sure wasn’t used to this sort of vision loss. Thankfully as I blinked shapes and colours began to return to me, being drawn out of the darkness and back into focus. The voice I had heard previously called out again, repeating its question.
“How are you feeling?”
“I feel like I just had my eyes ripped out of my head,” I said, turning toward the voice.
I came face-to-face with an older woman I was quite familiar with. As I focused on her, a bit of text popped up next to her which read:
AUGUSTINE EDGERTON
SUMACH EMPLOYEE: DOCTOR
Augustine Edgerton, known to me and most other SUMACH kids as Doctor Ed, had a plump face, deep-set eyes, and a brilliant and unrelenting force of optimism that she called a smile. She laughed at my response to her question.
“That’s not entirely inaccurate. At least you can feel something!” she said.
“How’s it look, Doc?” I asked.
“Looks great, lets see how it works,” the doctor replied. “Artie, can you show me eye chart three ‘A’ please… and scramble it.”
The little device that the doctor had clipped to her lab coat lapel chimed cheerfully. Its name was Artie—short for ‘Artificial Intelligence’—and it was a staple not just here at SUMACH but everywhere else in North America too. Or at least that’s what the product description said on the box. I had never been outside the building to know for sure.

Peggy and Steve
So I finally saw Endgame. And uh. Yeah it was a thing. I liked it for the most part! But what I didn’t like, I really didn’t like. The one thing I really wanna talk about is Peggy and Steve. Yes I love them, yes I want them to be together. But not like this.
One of Peggy’s most iconic and influential quotes is “The world has changed and none of us can go back. All we can do is our best, and sometimes the best that we can do is to start over.” That was a huge thing for Steve in Winter Soldier and Civil War. But now, what? That just doesn’t matter? Going back to live with Peggy completely erases the history we already knew she would have.
I don’t think Steve should have gone back. I also don’t think he would make that choice. He knew she had a husband and kids and a life of her own. He knew she had moved on. Having him do that ruins both his and Peggy’s development.
If they kill tony in Endgame then I'm actually done with any future MCU films. I won't watch any more. I'll write fix it fics for what we've had so far, and I'll keep writing other fics that pretend that endgame never happened, but I will not be able to watch any future MCU movies unless I know tony is somewhere in that universe, alive and well and happy. And if I can't have that, then I'm out
