What if Midoriya didn't have a quirk but everyone saw his analysis skills as something not possibly with a quirk and the only people that listened to him saying he was quirkless was his mother due to her being there and the doctor that diagnose him quirkless. Having been trying to prove that he is quirkless, he notices the problem quirkless people faces and wants to change the system from the inside out. Having gotten into UA and survived the majority of the year with everyone thinking he has an analysis quirk what will happen when he schedule a giant meeting and attempts to prove that quirklessness is not weakness.
