Nezha found himself sitting in a Lotus Lake that seemed….infinite. Infinite and unending.
He stood, cautiously and examined his surroundings. He detected no hostile forces…he was just surrounded by lone stalks of lotus blooms without their signature round leaves, sitting on a lotus bloom of his own. How odd…
Nezha floated forward carefully, and reached out to the closest lotus bloom-
A figure who looked just like him- but younger and wearing clothes made solely from lotus leaves and pale pink lotuses flashed in his mind. The figure twirled around elegantly like petals in the wind as he stared back.
It felt…familiar, yet so distant.
He rowed forward with his spear, his finger brushing against the lotuses along the way, getting a flash of a vision with each touch of a petal.
A muscular man with wild hair, black sclera and a battle hungry smirk as he faced off against an odd monster made from purple, pulsing light and black rock.
A chubby young boy with the golden Universe Ring slung over his shoulder and a…glimmering gold symbol of a pair of horns on his red top , smiling and laughing.
A slender young man with a high, short ponytail and a reddish leather jacket speeding through a desolate city in a motorcycle.
A boy with short hair , a red scarf and blue tracksuit gaining shine in his dull eyes as he noticed a dragon-headed man, much to said man’s chagrin.
A cackling toddler with a flame mark on his forehead and wearing crimson all over, transforming into a lanky, almost demonic teen with fiery markings as the Universe ring on his neck moved to his wrist.
A slightly annoyed young man in grey and gold traditional attire, scolding someone.
There were so many….so many lotuses, so many visions, so many figures. They all felt like him…but…someone else.
The visions mixed- swirled together slowly, and Nezha had to close his eyes to prevent from being overwhelmed.
