Sometimes I try and join in discord conversations and about 95% of the time I kill them, which feels very good and not alienating at all. I know I'm not an awful conversationalist and I really try to keep on topic and let other people talk?

I don't join conversations often because I just don't have the energy so it just feels bad that I get a little burst of "I'd like to be social with a new group of people!" and have my careful offerings trampled and ignored
