red hair swaying as she walked down the street. she eyed her phone again. reading the directions of the house she was headed to. as she checked the clock. she was late as usual. it was honestly unintentional. she had been at dance practice after school. ariel sighed as she dawned near her destination. ariel didn't see the point of having a tutor, her grades weren't that bad. but her mother, and one of her teachers, had suggested it. as when you do move schools your grades could being to dwindle.
she was honestly thankful of who she had gotten to be her tutor. she didn't think nani would make her try and focus too hard on her homework. and if she did, she felt as though she could sway her to doing something else. she was a pretty persuasive person.
finally made her way to the building she opened the door. a gush of cool air hitting her. she shivered as it hit her, her hair had still been a little wet- from a shower she had taken after dance. probably the reason she was even more late. but she didn't want to be all sweaty and smelling bad. she wasn't about to show up in public like that. in front of people she didn't even really know.
the room was completely silent as she walked in. a common thing of libraries. it was almost eerie ariel thought to herself. this is why she hated libraries. they were always silent making her yawn just thinking about the lectures she was about to endure. ariel walked past the tower of bookshelves and to a separate area of tables. amongst the people noses deep in books she saw her 'teacher.'
long legs charged their way through the crowds of tables. head held high showing her confidence. feeling already that she knew she was the 'cutest' person here. these little things gave her confidence. call her superficial but, everyone was in their own well. it also made her feel better to think these things. it wasn't like she said it allowed. her eyes laid sight on nani and she smiled. she was very pretty. 'wow we're both the best looking people here.' she thought to herself. knowing ariel this meant that nani was someone ariel saw herself hanging around. she was egotistical like that. stepping up to her "nani?" she smiled saying her name in a high pitched manner, getting the others attention. "hey," she spoke in english as she sat down at the table. "so what do you have planned for me today?" her accent laying on a little thick as she spoke.
