For Ariel to look so confused about her apology, Jieun could only guess she might have grown up in different circumstances. âAh I was just trying⊠to be humble.â A word that well fit the young woman, tender knuckles gracing the top of her head when she laughed delightfully. âSince I made you pick up the stuff I threw down and all⊠getting me the cup of noodles and such.â
Once more she waved with the box, smiling lightly. Realizing there was really no point in doing that, she dropped it against with another laugh, rubbing her forehead with her free hand. âAh, look at me. Iâm usually not this awkward when meeting new people but you pretty much caught me in a moment where my stubbornness got the better out of me so Iâm a little embarrassed.â
She should really have thought about that before deciding to climb the shelve like a monkey.
To hear how tall the female was made Jieun whistle and then whistle again after hearing her age. âWoah- what do they put in your food to make you grow so tall?! Kids these days..â Now she was talking like an old woman but in that moment she didnât care.
All smiles and jesting, she accepted the compliment soon after with a small nod of her head. âBut thank you! I do get that a lot. I hope it continues to stay that way for a while.â Swaying her head to the side with a hopeful, toothy grin, she adjusted her hair back neatly over her shoulder. âWith your height Iâm pretty sure you could be a model! I mean⊠you got the looks for it.â
Sensing her chance to maybe string some acquaintances in the model industry despite Rachel, Jieun makes a step into the direction of the cashier. âShould we maybe sit down and talk for a bit somewhere else? I donât live too far away from here. I mean⊠if you want to of course.â
she was confused as to why someone would have to be sorry if someone did them a favor. but she just guessed she viewed it differently than her. âoh well, i only did it cause i canât sit still.â she laughed. the girl actually did her a favor. seeing as she hated just standing and doing nothing. âitâs really no big deal donât worry about it.â she wanted to relax the girl. she seemed so on edge with every little motion she made.
ariel couldnât help but laugh at jieun. she had made it so obvious she was embarrassed. ariel on the other hand hardly ever felt embarrassed. she did things with ease. so it was fun to watch her actions. she was a very cute girl. small and very rigid with each action arielâs eyes were glued to the other watching her in amusement. she might have to keep this girl with her for constant entertainment. âitâs alright,â feeling the need to reassure her âitâs cute.â with a smile she complimented the girl.
like one of the older women who live in her neighborhood âkids these daysâ slipped out of the twenty year olds mouth. she seemed the type who didnât get out much. âhm i drank a lot of milk.â she laughed. her bones were good and strong.
âhm i figured as much.â the two were all smiles and compliments. jieunâs reply almost had her rolling. âyou really think so,â a mischievous smile playing on her lips. she thought about telling her. but she didnât want to sound like she was bragging. but then again, ariel was the type to brag about her status. she giggled âi actually have done a couple of photoshoots before.â Â Â
forgetting about the items in her hands before jieun walks over to the cashier. she remembers how thirsty she actually was. she made her way to the counter behind jieun. hearing jieunâs offer it actually sounded pretty tempting. she would be an interesting companion. she nodded âalright, that sounds like fun.âÂ
