He has made such an impression on staff in such a short amount of time. This snuggly and lovable soul is as enchanting as he is kind. This eye-patched cutie has the most endearing face, and amazing personality to go with it! Tory is a survivor who deserves to live! Tory is 7 years old and 89 lbs, and was surrendered by his owner who claimed to no longer have time to care for him. According to our medical staff, Tory has been medically alerted for ulcerated dermal (skins) masses. He is very urgent and must be rescued by February 8th. Even with the severity of his skin condition, he remains sweet and affectionate towards staff and volunteers. Upon rescue, Tory should be taken to the vet in order to determine how serious the masses are.
