Started fasting 4 days ago (shortest fast: 16hr // longest fast: 20hr)
Sw: 62kg
Cw: 56.55kg
Gw: 50kg
Ugw: 45kg
Kgs Lost: ~ 5.45kg in 2 weeks
Methods:
-24hr ⭐️ 1x a week (I eat 1.2k cal the day before I start to make sure I can last)
-20:4 fasting 6× a week
-600-1k cal a day (except ⭐️ day) / used to eat 1.8-2k a day at my fattest
-10k steps + 10-20min hiit/pilates every day
