When we took him out, as you see in the video, he gives grateful kisses and wants to be in your lap. This is a deserving boy whose likely been passed over because of his medical notes. Otto needs a hero and he needs them THURSDAY as the shelter literally is taking in dog after dog (over 20 stray dogs in 24 hrs) with no extra kennels. If a dog comes in and needs a kennel, Otto will be first. Please don’t let that happen. Please don’t let him die. Also has a well-demarcated SQ mass on L flank. Mass on paw is either an acral lick granuloma or a mass. Possible mast cell causing pruritus?
