The finished product for my Martha Wayne Joker drawing.
For this I had to study how a colourist for comics coloured his images digitally to get this done more efficiently. Took several tries but I wanted to do it in the correct process to remember for the future. So yeah, I watched his YouTube videos and really opened my eyes on how to use the art program I had (which is Clip Studio Paint, the artist used Photostudio) and this was the result. :)
HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY ART DIARY
I will be expressing my thoughts and opinions here about my own art, because I am trying to pursue the goal of making a comic - however, I won't be just posting artwork, I will also be creating draft scripts to practice my writing. So please enjoy this journey with me.
TODAY'S ENTRY: Martha Wayne is my latest attempt at my drawing style. Personally, I am very happy with both the style and coloring of this picture, because although it was simplistic - it was closest to what I had imagined. Some may argue this may be a bit messy, but hopefully (without sounding like I am just trying to be lazy) - I really do prefer how it looks stylistically, and personally I don't think I've ever been a technique person if that makes any sense.
