I'm graduating today!!!

I've completed all my transfer credits and I'm finally getting my AA Degree in Music!!!

This past December I graduated with my associate degree and tomorrow is the day I finally walk across that stage and I am actually so excited 😆. At first I didn’t want to participate in my commencement ceremony but I’m really glad I chose to join in on the fun. I cannot wait. I deserve this. I deserve the recognition and the attention for all of my hard work. Yes, it’s just an associate degree but it’s so important for my family and for myself. I’m the first to graduate with not only a high school diploma since my parents but a college degree. But don’t worry 😉 I’m not stopping here, in the Fall I will continue my education at UAlbany. Yeah, you can say I’m learning to love myself and be oh so proud of myself in all ways. I still have my off days but I’m learning.

Really hoping if I call my advisor and act really nice today she'll be able to get me into this full online class.

If I get in I can take two courses my last semester and have less to worry about while I get everything I need to transfer in order.

I think I’m going to actually miss doing my psychology homework after the semester ends. It’s been one of the best classes I’ve taken so far.

Alcoholics Anonymous

My mom says that I should walk away from community college with an AA degree. I said an Alcoholics Anonymous degree? She said no.

Passed my summer term classes!!! 2 A's and 1 B!!

Fall semester will be my last!! I’ll be receiving my AA degree in December!!! Then off to nursing school!!😁🤗
