In November of last year, I signed up for the Franmaya and Narumitsu Minibang 2026, by @franmayanarumitsuminibang. Now it's finally posting time!

My contribution is a mostly canon compliant fic that focuses on Phoenix and Miles' relationship over the timeline of the series, which my event partners, @acexsual and @ari--arcaneorchid (Tumblr)/_arcane_orchid (Instagram), created art for.

The story focuses on the stuggles and challenges they have in their relationship during that time, often due to certain events in the series, and how they're able to navigate that and make it all work out.

It's turning out to be quite a long fic, so I only managed to get one chapter finished in time for the minibang posting period.

Can I ask for a Phoenix Wright fluff fic... Something simple! Maybe sharing a first kiss! I was thinking of Phoenix from the first trilogy cause I love him a lot. I figure he doesn't have a lot of experience, he does have SOME but c'mon... He's bad with women, right? He's bad with anyone actually. I was thinking of Phoenix crushing on the reader for like some time now so it's a matter of time until he confesses and they share their first kiss, right?! I'm sorry if I rambled a bit..

You’re probably someone in his class that he works with/studies a lot during his last year of law school and he’s liked you since forever (and he’s not exactly subtle about it so you’ve known since like, forever too lmao)

The day that he actually confesses to you though is probably during a study session a little before the two of you are set to take your last exam

He’s been distracted by you the entire session and was acting really awkward and jumpy and you could just tell he had to tell you something but didn’t have the courage to tell you just yet 

And because he’s so distracted, you’re starting to get distracted too and naturally, you have to do something about this

It takes you snapping your book close loud enough to startle him, looking him straight in the eyes, and taking his shaking hands in yours so you could ask him to “spit it out already”

And then……..he confesses…..in one big jumbled of mess of “i’vealwaysreallylikedyouandi’vebeendyingtoaskyouousincei’vemetyoubuti’vealwaysbeenafraidsinceithoughtyouwerejustsocoolandwouldnevergooutwithsomeonelikemebuteverytimeilookatyouallicanthinkaboutisjusthowmuchiwanttokissyouand-”

Naturally, you didn’t understand anything of what he was trying to say

But the moment you heard the word kiss? You simply got up from you chair and just did exactly what he always wanted to do to you

Immediately and almost comedically, he stops his rambling (mostly because you’re covering his mouth) but also because his brain starts to shortcircuit lol

It took forever for the two of you to get to this point, but now that you’re here kissing him? The only way for him go is up hehe

Here’s an AA fanfic I made! It’s about Phoenix writing love letters to all his past romances for therapy and them accidentally getting sent out. It’s basically just an AA version of To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. Krisnix and Feenris but it’s endgame Narumitsu ofc.
