I've been following you on tumblr for a while now, so every time one of your pieces has popped up in your video essay (I just got to the intermission) I get super hyped. My favorite one is the 'well! I'm so glad you loved it!! thank you so much!! I'm very proud of the end result on that, it really was a labor of love and a huge project. If I do another video essay it'll be much SHORTER hdvhfbdfhb. I do might wanna review the 2017 mlp movie someday, but still. (My next vid will be an age of mythology vid lol)
I had drawn so many mlp arts and memes across the years, it was perfect to put them sometimes in the video! Though I still had to do a handful of original stuff on there. (that Starlight 'semi-comic' thing where I described Starlight eating Chrysalis with a fork and night and becoming the new sovereign ruler of Equestria was one of them) Also damn, I hope your friend ends up at the very least understanding how the deck was stacked against Cozy. It sucks, but hating Cozy Glow is very easy since she is very much treated by the show as an irredeemable weirdo 😔 Here's to hoping my analysis manages to lessen that hate!!
Funny enough the biggest amount of flak I've gotten in the vid is regarding Cozy. it's a segment fairly early on the vid, so a lot more people watched it, and a lot of people decided to pipe in the comments about how the child is irredeemable and did deserve to go to hell and how I'm wrong, which is like, a very funny hill to die on.
