FAVORITE    CANON    SHIP:              [  laughs  in  this  is  an  oc  blog  baby  everything  is  canon  here  bc  i  said  so  ]    cherry  x  mana,        ayato  x  mana,    you  can  see  where  this  is  going  —  all  my  ships  are  basically  canon  to  me  in  some  form  and  i  adore  each  and  every  one  of  them.     FAVORITE    NON-CANON    SHIP:              i.    am honestly not sure what to put here.  i  had  never  particularly  made  it  a  thing  to  focus  much  on  shipping  mana  much  with  any  npc  in  general,    and  i  kind  of  still  don’t,    though  i  can  see  certain  characters  working  well  with  them  if  the  opportunity  for  exploring  it  arises,    if  that’s  what  this  means  ??    so...    yeah i guESS OPINION    ON    TRUE    LOVE:              true  love  is  a  subjective  concept  to  mana  —  as  in,    they  think  true  love  can  be  depicted  differently  per  person  and  there  is  no  one  definitive  form  of  it.    it  could  be  a  soulmate  for  some,        a  childhood  friend,    someone  you  meet  that  you  just  click  with,    etc.    especially  when  considering  that  mana  handles  love  itself  a  little  different  than  most  might  in  general.    they  also  think  that  tacking  the  word  ‘true’  onto  it  denotes  a  kind  of  specific  and  unrealistic  tinge  to  it.    they  are  of  the  mindset  love  can  only  form  if  you  are  willing  and  able  to  understand  and  accept  someone  on  a  fundamental  level.    and  that  means  accepting  all  of  them  —  good,    bad,    and  anything  in-between  or  anything  that  may  come  after.    or,    conversely,    being  able  to  accept  that  past  a  certain  threshold  you  may  never  fully  understand  or  know  all  of  them,    but  still  choosing  to  be  by  their  side  regardless.    love  to  them,    is  also  not  limited  to  a  singular  person. OPINION    ON    LOVE    AT    FIRST    SIGHT:              this  is  something  mana  absolutely  does  not  believe  in.    especially  not  personally.    they  are  aware  that  you  may  be  inexplicably  attracted  to  someone  and  thus  heavily  interested  in  them,    but  there  would  be  zero  genuine  and  pure  affection  within  that. HOW    ROMANTIC    ARE    THEY?              often  partner  dependent  —  but  innately,    mana  can  coast  the  line  of  being  a  bit  of  a  romantic.    some  of  mana’s  actions  and  choices  of  words  may  just  come  off  that  way  without  any  real  attempts  put  into  it  at  times,    but  it’s  more  so  attributed  to  just  to  how  devoted  and  tuned  into  their  significant  other  they  become.    romance  is  something  mana  would  definitely  delve  into,    if  only  more  so  for  their  lover  than  themself  —  because  it’s  not  something  mana  exactly  craves  a  lot  or  would  need  in  order  to  be  content  inside  of  a  relationship  with  anybody.

IDEAL    PHYSICAL    TRAITS:              a  physical  appearance  is  not  a  factor  at  all  when  it  comes  to  what  will  and  what  won’t  attract  mana  to  someone,    it  has  never  been  at  the  forefront  of  their  mind  and  never  will  be  —  so  much  so  to  the  point,    that  often,    mana  can  admit  that  someone  is  attractive  conventionally,    but  have  it  ring  hollow.    because  they  are  pretty  —  but  mana  just  doesn’t  care  /  is  not  affected.    i  can  say  however,    that  they  do  appreciate  someone  who  can  take  care  of  themselves  (  at  least  on  a  bare  basic  level,    because  they  are  not  one  to  talk  most  of  the  time  )    and  has  a  bit  of  strength  to  them.        whenever  mana  becomes  aware  and  attentive  of  someone’s  physical  appearance,      it  is  usually  long  after  some  sort  of  emotional  attachment  has  been  developed  first. IDEAL    PERSONALITY    TRAITS:              someone  who  is  understanding  and  /  or  accepting.    mana  is  not  an  easy  person  to  get  close  to  and  be  around  a  lot  of  the  time,    for  one  reason  or  another,    and  they  absolutely  need  someone  who  will  be  able  to  see  some  of  those  reasons  and  have  the  capacity  to  be  patient  with  them  on  it.    mana  also  finds  themself  pulled  to  people  who  are  determined  or  resolute  in  their  ideals  (  challenge  them,    stand  up  to  them,    don’t  be  afraid  to  prove  them  wrong  or  show  them  up  )  and  otherwise  things  they  are  passionate  about.    they  can’t  see  the  appeal  in  someone  who  can’t  stand  up  for  themselves,    let  alone  if  it  came  down  to  someone  they  cared  about.      intelligence  is  very  attractive,    though  not  necessary  and  can  be  sometimes  interchanged  with  passion  —    as  mana  is  the  type  of  person  who,    once  warmed  up  to  them,    actually  very  much  adores  a  person  who  likes  to  talk.    it’s  bonus  points  if  it’s  about  something  that  can  engage  the  both  of  them  intellectually  —  because  then  mana  may  even  come  to  participate  verbally  more,    rather  than  their  contentedness  to  just  listen. UNATTRACTIVE    PHYSICAL    TRAITS:              once  again,    appearances  don’t  play  a  factor  at  all  for  mana.    but  there  is  a  difference  to  maintaining  yourself  to  the  best  of  your  ability  and  just  not  giving  a  shit  at  all,    and  that’s  really  the  only  hard  no  factor. UNATTRACTIVE    PERSONALITY    TRAITS:              as  previously  mentioned,    mana  needs  someone  who  is  willing  to  be  patient  and  accepting  of  them  while  still  getting  closer  to  each  other  —    and  if  that’s  not  possible,    then  it  is  a  very  short  trip  on  that  road  to  romance.        something  in  particular  that  comes  to  mind  is  mana’s  habit  to  sometimes  just  up  and  leave  for  a  period  of  time  —    sometimes  without  any  notice  —    and  they  don’t  do  it  to  cause  issues  of  any  sort,    but  this  has  been  a  method  throughout  all  of  their  life  to  find  semblances  of  peace  and  often  to  reground  themselves  mentally  and  emotionally  before  coming  back  to  interact  and  be  around  people  again,        so  it’s  just  something  that  happens.    this  is,    absolutely,    a  habit  that  could  be  worked  on  over  time  and  maybe  even  to  the  point  in  a  relationship  where  mana  no  longer  seeks  those  periods  of  self  isolation  for  weeks  or  days  on  end  at  a  time  (  and  in  the  worst  of  it,    months  )  —    but  if  someone  gets  upset  about  that,    and  only  upset,    i  don’t  think  mana  could  very  well  be  attracted  much  to  them.    i’ve  also  pretty  much  mentioned  mana’s  aversion  to  cowardly  types  or  those  who  just  lack  in  general,    a  backbone  and  allow  others  to  walk  all  over  them.

IDEAL    DATE:              spending  quality  time  together  !    therefore  it  doesn’t  really  matter  at  the  end  of  the  day  what  the  event  in  question  is,    as  long  as  it  feels  like  at  the  end  of  it  they’ve  spent  enough  time  with  each  other.    a  preference  however,    would  be  had  for  small  adventures  —    as  mana  in  exploring  themself  finds  that  they  do  in  fact  like  going  out  and  exploring  new  places.    bonus  if  it’s  sort  of  in  line  in  energy  with  how  the  crystal  tower  raids  before  everything  went  to  shit  —  where  there  is  just  enough  danger  to  make  it  even  more  interesting,    but  none  to  the  point  it  would  be  a  high  point  of  stress  that  takes  away  from  the  enjoyment  of  the  overall  experience.    mana  would  also  be  quite  fond  of  just  squirreling  away  with  their  significant  other  for  a  time  —  a  small,    impromptu  secret  vacation  no  one  else  knows  about  —  or  just  staying  hidden  away  in  the  walls  of  their  home  for  an  evening. DO    THEY    HAVE    A    TYPE?              not  particularly.    the  most  in  line  things  to  a  ‘type’  would  be  the  attributes  listed  in  the  personality  section. AVERAGE    RELATIONSHIP    LENGTH:              seeing  as  how  mana  usually  does  not  entertain  the  notion  of  relationships  as  something  they  actively  seek,    when  one  is  established,    consider  them  being  in  it  for  the  long  haul.    very  much  so  a    “i  am  yours  until  you  do  not  want  me,    and  even  then”    type  of  person  in  their  affection  and  dedication.

PREFERRED    NON-SEXUAL    INTIMACY:              just  being  near  them  —  sitting  side  by  side,    with  shoulders  touching  or  resting  heads  together.    holding  hands  or  the  frequent  brushing  of  fingers,    brushing  /  washing  /  idly  playing  with  another’s  hair.    mana  also  often  when  interlocking  fingers,    idly  has  the  habit  of  holding  or  pressing  their  partners  fingers  or  the  back  of  their  hand  to  their  lips  for  a  kiss  or  too.    they  also  press  them  to  their  s/o’s  wrists  —  but  that’s  more  so  done  on  purpose.    they  very  much  just  like  to  be  able  to  exist  within  the  presence  of  their  partner  and  get  a  sense  of  joy  from  it,    even  if  they  may  not  be  directly  or  constantly  interacting  the  whole  time.

COMMITTMENT    LEVEL:              mana’s  commitment  level  can  be  considered  as  for  life  —  and  this  is  applicable  to  monogamous  and  open  relationships,    and  mana  does  not  have  an  aversion  to  either  or  (  it  is  always  the  person(s)  above  all  ).    if  they  get  to  that  point  of  developing  those  kinds  of  feelings  for  someone,    you’re  stuck  with  them.

OPINION    ON    PUBLIC    AFFECTION:              not  something  mana  is  particularly  a  fan  of,    but  they  won’t  begrudge  a  partner  if  they  enjoy  it.    just  don’t  go  overboard  with  it  —    a  stolen  kiss  here  or  there  is  fine,    as  is  holding  hands,    these  read  more  so  passive  to  them  and  are  things  they  may  even  initiate  themself  if  they’re  in  the  mood.    but  overly  dramatic  and  frequent  displays  of  affection  will  only  serve  to  upset  them  and  possibly,    even  make  them  anxious.

PAST    RELATIONSHIPS:              none.    they  however,    at  a  point  in  time  in  their  life,    made  attempts  that  ended  in  one  or  two  half  hearted  and  extremely  short  lived  flings  equivalent  to  a  one  night  stand.
