In which Reika is reunited with a old friend.
She did some stretching and yawning before walking to the den entrance... Where literally the last thing she would expect to see was waiting.
A fully-grown Land Forme Shaymin was fast asleep a couple of inches to the right of the entrance, his breaths even and light.
What set him apart, though, was instead of a pink Gracedia flower, he had a blue one!
Immediatly, from this small detail, Reika recognized this Shaymin. But... Being a young child... This might be awkward...
Before the young Shaymin could speak, one of the older Shaymin's eyes snapped open.
"Mornin', Reika." He greeted, standing up and stretching his back.
That's Kaisho.She smiled. "G...Good morning, Kaiso!"
He immediatly started laughing. "I have no idea what happened here, but you are a child again, and you are stumbling over my name, just like as children!"
Reika immediately joined in. Back in the Tribe, WinterGreen, Kaisho and Reika were best friends as children. When Reika was nine and Kaisho was ten, he was taken on the annual 'Walk To The Sky' Event, which allowed him and a couple other Shaymin to gain their Sky Formes.
But... The last Reika had heard... There was a mishap along the way...
"But... How did you all survive the rock fall?" Reika finally asked. Kaisho gave her a weird look.
"Rock fall?"
"That was the re-reashon I got lost! I was looking for you guys after a rock fall!"
"But... There was no rock fall..."
"But..." The reason Reika left... Was a lie?!
"I heard that you had run away... I gave you a couple days to come back, but you never did. I decided to set out and look for you! I found you a few days ago, but I was too nervous to say anything, so I have been following you from the shadows!"
"We will need to have a se-serious talk later." Reika replied, stumbling over quite a few words. "Right now, what are you goin' to do? The Tribe has moved on by now for sh-sure!"
Kaisho meekly smiled. "I... was wondering if I could stay with you for a while... I have no idea where the Tribe is, but I think I could steer us in the right direction. Plus, I have access to my Sky Forme, so I don't think I would slow you down."
"Really. You ask me if you can join, yet you are my friend. Of course I am going to say no to a friend. Bye!" With that, Reika turned around, heading back inside of her den.
"Whaaaaaat?!"
Reika twisted around, laughing. "I didn' mean it! Of co-course you can come! As soon as I am ready, we will leave!"I've see a couple babies turn older in the blink of an eye... Hopefully, that will happen to me... Soon, I add.
"All right! I'm going to go to a Gracedia Field I saw not too far from here, so if you need me for anything, just shout!" With that, both Shaymin temporarily parted ways.
