Zelena's pregnancy storyline is so laughable it's hard to even seriously speculate about it. But anyway. It would make things a lot simpler if the baby's father is some random dude and not Robin. At least that way Zelena and Robin aren't tied together forever with that baby. As an OQ shipper I loathe this storyline (when I'm not too busy laughing at this absurdity) and every option that isn't "Robin, you're not the father" is awful.

I absolutely understand anyone who doesn’t like this storyline. I don’t like it much either, for a few reasons. Robin not being the daddy would certainly make things a lot easier, but then, there’s far more conflict (and therefore story) in making things hard.

But I do want to point out one thing: they’re NOT tied together forever. A baby doesn’t tie you to another person. Yes, some people see it that way, Zelena certainly seemed to see it that way, but the show doesn’t. Neal and Emma aren’t tied together, either. Even when Neal was still alive, they weren’t tied together. They reached an amicable sort of understanding, yes, but the narrative never presented Henry as a reason for them to be together. Emma didn’t consider herself tied to him and the narrative didn’t imply it, either. And then of course he died anyway, because he was no longer needed and again, the fact that he shared a son with Emma wasn’t reason enough to keep him around. So I don’t think there’s any reason to expect that it’ll treat Robin and Zelena as tied together, either. So I wouldn’t worry too much about that just yet!

Redeeming Zelena at this point would take a lot of time, and since she’s not a main character like Regina, I can’t really see them devoting that much time to such an arc. I think - and this is pure speculation - that it’s more likely that Zelena will die, and Robin and Regina will raise the child. Especially since we’ve established that Regina can’t have biological children of her own - there was very little reason to do that if it wasn’t going to come into play again later. That’s just my ideas on it though, and right now it’d be my preferred way of resolving this whole mess, but who knows. The writers probably have something planned that we won’t see coming.
