misandry literally doesn't exist like,,, cis men wil never face oppression based on their gender and by saying things like "kill all men" and "men are trash" we women are fighting back against an eternity of oppression and violence and use it as a way to dismantle the system created by men for men, if hearing a girl say "kill all men" makes you uncomfortable maybe you should think about why, because if you would understand why women say it, it wouldn't make you uncomfortable, and even though you might never purposely have been disrespectful to a girl i am willing to bet my life that you have made a girl uncomfortable or scared because that's just the reality of being a women in this world.
