Always been a fan of a locale FRIENDS restaurant here in Aalborg, but not gone there since my coeliac disease diagnosis.

Finally came by, missing their amazing fries too much. Their menu doesn't have any show of possible alegens in the food. But the staff had that perfectly in check when asked!

Was given advice through their lunch menu to pick a steak with fries, and the sauce replaced with a very good garlic mayo, to avoid any gluten in the food.

Although I miss the ability to pick from merely reading the menu myself, it is very good when the staff is in the know on what's in the food they serve.

So I had a good lunch at a place I'm glad to know I can still come by when the need rises.
