Because Changmin and qian have a huge fight before her leave to Turkey, she begins to harbor feelings for Aarif instead. Fighting! ~~
Victoria looked up towards the man seated beside her as he placed a meatball on her plate. He just smiled and gestured at her plate.
“You can have it. I told you earlier, I’m not that hungry today.”
Victoria’s mind told her to reject the offer but her stomach told her otherwise.
“Thanks.” she whispered to him. He responded with a soft smile before turning his attention back to his plate as she did the same.
As she ate, Victoria couldn’t help but wonder about Aarif and his actions towards her. Just yesterday, he was acting like a complete jerk towards her. He would act nice while the camera was rolling then drops the façade once filming stopped. There were even instances when he couldn’t control himself and would act rudely even when there were cameras on them.
She knew he was just annoyed with her nagging, especially with regards to their boarding. She didn’t want to appear picky but she just wanted to get the best available area. She had taken in consideration that some members of the cast were not that young anymore and would appreciate a nice room to rest in.
She might have gone overboard and hurt his feelings when she constantly rejected his offering of food. It wasn’t that she wanted to spite him but she had tried those food before and she wasn’t really fond of them. But she did accept his offer in the end when she felt sorry for her action.
She completely expected and would have understood it if the man continued to act cold towards her. Especially now that their group was complete, he could focus his attention towards the other members. But much to her surprise, he continued to stick to her and was completely attentive towards her. She initially thought that it was all for the camera but she noticed that he still acted the same way even without it.
“Do I have something on my face or do you just find me that attractive?”
Victoria snapped out of her trance and realized that she had been staring at Aarif all this time. She frowned at him before she looked away from him, praying that he wouldn’t notice her reddening cheeks.
“Oh come on Qian, don’t be like that…” he wrapped his right arm around her shoulders while his left hand held her left shoulder and squeezed her. “I was joking.”
She tried her best to contain the smile that was threatening to appear on her lips.
Her heart stopped at the nickname.
“It’s fine, it’s fine… I’m not mad okay? Sheesh! Just continue eating…” she told the man, detaching herself from his hold.
Whether or not Aarif noticed her sudden change, he didn’t let it show and just followed her order.
Victoria let out a sigh. What the hell was she doing thinking about another man when she had a boyfriend waiting for her back in Korea. Despite things not being the best between her and Changmin, she is still very much in love with him.
They had another fight over the phone before she left for Turkey. He was furious that she had, once again, accepted a project after the drama she was doing at the moment. Majority of the film would be shot in London and Italy and would mean another 3 months away from Korea, away from him.
She tried to reach him after their fight but he refused to take her calls. Even so, that doesn’t excuse her actions towards Aarif. She needed to be more careful with her interactions with Aarif, and even Ma Tian Yu.
“You need to get a grip, Song Qian.”
