Saturday Monsters!

Here at Cavitycolors, Saturdays usually mean hitting the main Flea Market here in town. Sometimes you get lucky and find some bizarre toys, or some really cool movie posters. Usually you can always find tons of great horror movies, but only if you’re cool with VHS. Which is totally fine with me, since I recently came across my old VCR in the attic. We snagged a couple of classics today that I somehow magically didn’t own. DRACULA, THE WOLFMAN and FRANKENSTEIN. and CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON. I couldn't find The Invisible man or Phantom of The Opera, but maybe I can hunt them down online or something on Tape.

I did also find BRAIN DAMAGE, which is a ridiculous, but awesome movie about a brain eating parasite slug named Aylmer that basically feeds its host “Brian” with drugs, as long as he supplies him with victims that he can devour. Very similar to BASKET CASE. Totally awesome movie!
