Open Rp - Event 07/27/16

“Look, you’re either coming with me or you’re not,” Virginia snapped, eyes a vicious shade. With the events of this month, she had no other reason for them not to be. The hurt that she felt from the mutant community was masked almost fully by the resent and vengeful emotions she shared with the school. They fueled her own desire to strike back. Tonight she was going to sneak out after curfew and track down a lead, a clue, something that would give her mind rest to the unanswered questions before her.

But she didn’t want to do it alone. Brave as she was, it did little to assist her in her endeavors. One mutant was clearly not enough to spark this revolution.

EVENT - Missing Mutants in White Plains?

Tensions are running high in Westchester, New York this month. The NYPD has already reported two mutant deaths in the White Plains area, with rumors regarding the abduction of several others. With little evidence to convict however, it’s anyone’s guess what the source of such a dilemma might be.

Things haven’t been the same since Apocalypse left his mark on the earth and many humans are back to hating the mutant community again. Could the Sentinal Program be back in commission? Or could it be the first in a new tactic to wipe out mutants?

Students, Staff, and Residents of Xavier’s can rest easy. Here is a safe place, where no harm will befall you. Regardless, Professor Xavier has ruled a temporary ban on all out-of-campus activities and established a 10 p.m. curfew for all students. Anyone caught outside of their dorm at such time will be dealt with accordingly. Counseling regarding the tragedy will be offered to any and all students.
